Traditional Castella Sponge Cake Wood Mold – Reusable Bamboo Frame

Description

Create delicious, fluffy Castella cakes with ease using our Wood Castella Mold. The classic wooden structure offers an authentic way to bake Castella cakes slowly, helping to distribute heat evenly for a light, fluffy texture.

This mold is made from wood and assembled using glue on all four sides. As a result, there may be a slight smell when first used. This is normal and will dissipate after a few uses.

• Line the mold with parchment paper or a Teflon baking sheet
• Due to the nature of wood, discoloration or staining may occur over time with use
• Made in China
