The artisanal Classic Panettone a.D. 1476 is the typical sweet of the Christmas tradition, with a yellow, soft and well-alveolated dough, the result of 72 hours of patient craftsmanship. Its dough is rich in juicy candied Sicilian oranges and Diamante citron with a naturally intense aroma, sweet sultanas and natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar. The Artisanal Classic Panettone is obtained by natural leavening from sourdough and the basic ingredients are all fresh: free-range eggs in Italy, milk, cream and mountain butter. A perfect combination of Italian confectionery tradition, craftsmanship and excellent ingredients evaluated and selected with extreme care, which make Loison artisanal Panettone a perfect sweet to be enjoyed at Christmas and at any time of the year.
