Description
The country pan’s heavy steel construction is perfect for searing and browning with a 28cm diameter and 2.5mm thickness. The high sides help to prevent splatter and allow for the pan to use to fry in hot oil.
Mineral B is a heavy gauge carbon steel with a protective beeswax finish to preserve the pan until it can be seasoned.
When properly seasoned carbon steel pans have a natural non-stick surface.
Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher.
For use on all cooktops including induction.
Oven safe up to 10 minutes at 200° C or 392° F using the flash oven technique
