Description
This rice is characterized by a very fat, large and pearly grain which, when cooked in water, can grow many times its volume. This allows a good cooking resistance and an excellent creaming and it is for these reasons that it is counted among the best risotto rice varieties. Cooking time is about 14 minutes.
For three generations Campanini has produced custom-milled rice at their small, specialized riseria where each production step is under the supervision of a family member. The rice is pure and natural and does not undergo any chemical treatment.
