This Mix brings all the fiery taste of chilli pepper, the strong flavor of garlic and the aromatic scent of parsley.
The name takes inspiration from a very popular Italian dish made with three simple ingredients that are commonly part of the average Italian pantry: pasta (usually spaghetti), garlic (aglio), olive oil (olio) and spicy red chili pepper (peperoncino). These three simple elements that simmered together create a unique mixture.
This mix of spices constitutes the base for a majority of Italian recipes for pasta sauces, sautéed seafood, side dishes. It only needs to put one teaspoon of Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino Mixed Spices in a pan with a glass of warm water, cooking until water is nearly finished. Add a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and gently fry the seasoning in the oil for 3 to 5 minutes. Use as a base for pasta aglio e olio, or for any of your favourite dishes.
